Consolacion passed peacefully from this life in the afternoon of August 13th after a gradual decline in health. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers during the last days of her life. A native of San Roque, Philippines, she was the third daughter of Julian and Antonina Santos. She married her husband German in 1944 and moved from Bataan to Manila, and then to Quezon City, Philippines while raising their daughter, Lolita. Consolacion passed peacefully from this life in the afternoon of August 13th after a gradual decline in health. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers during the last days of her life. A native of San Roque, Philippines, she was the third daughter of Julian and Antonina Santos. She married her husband German in 1944 and moved from Bataan to Manila, and then to Quezon City, Philippines while raising their daughter, Lolita. She was a self-taught seamstress and became a prominent socialite in the Philippines. After traveling back and forth to the United States for many years, she and her family moved permanently to Houston, Texas in 1984 where she lived the remainder of her life.

Consolacion is survived by her daughter Lolita Castro; son-in-law Arthur Castro; two grandchildren: Arlan and Ahren Castro; and two great grandchildren: Michael and Angeli Castro. She is also survived by her brother Leonardo Santos, sister Lourdes Sobrevinas, and sister Teresita Pagkalinawan. She is preceded by her husband German Pinili, sister Trinidad Cunanan, sister Rosario Rivera, sister Belen Racela, sister Filomena Balajonda, sister Aurelia Racela, and brother Benjamin Santos.

Visitation will be held at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm.
Funeral services will be held at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 10:00am followed by Entombment at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
